Osborn370 has three beautiful, modern conference rooms with downtown views on our dynamic and spacious Community Floor, which can be rented for events and activities.

Features include:

Room capacities ranging from 12 – 50 people for a class-room style set up
Access to high speed Wi-Fi
Access to restrooms, game tables, and the filtered water (Bevi) machine on the Community Floor
Access to a commercial refrigerator and ice machine for catering needs
On site catering available by Terry John Zila, renowned chef and owner of Hepcat Coffee and Gallery Kitchen/Event Center - Contact Terry at 612-237-0129
Video Conferencing

Conference rooms can be reserved during standard business hours:
Monday-Friday from 7 AM – 6 PM

Requests for conference room space during non-standard business hours and weekends are considered on a case by case basis and may be subject to a cleaning and security fee in addition to the base rental rate.

The entire Community Floor (capacity 308), first floor Lobby (capacity 248), and large back patio (capacity 600+) may also be reserved after business hours on a case by case basis for events.
